    1. Overview
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, inquiries, and interactions with Aerlighed, a bespoke jewellery brand that offers custom, handmade pieces. By using this website or purchasing from Aerlighed, you agree to these terms. I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

    2. Orders and Custom Requests
    All orders, including custom design requests, are subject to acceptance by Aerlighed. Custom pieces require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. I work closely with customers throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction, but any alterations to finalized designs may incur additional costs.

    3. Payment
    I currently accept payments through bank transfer and MobilePay, providing flexible options to suit your needs. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin production - 20%, with the remaining balance due before delivery. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

    4. Production Time and Delivery
    My jewellery is crafted by hand, and production times vary based on the complexity of each order. Estimated production times will be provided upon order confirmation. Shipping times depend on the destination, and Aerlighed is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    5. Returns and Exchanges
    As custom jewellery is made to the client's specifications, I do not accept returns on bespoke pieces. For non-custom items, we offer a 14-day return policy, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt.

    6. Warranty and Repairs
    I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of my pieces. Each item comes with a certificate detailing materials used and a care guide. In the event of a defect, I offer repairs free of charge within the first 12 months, provided the piece has not been subject to misuse. After this period, repairs may incur a fee.

    7. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Aerlighed website, including designs, text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Aerlighed. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

    8. Privacy and Data Protection
    Aerlighed is committed to protecting customer privacy and follows GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your information.

    9. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
